It's 180. It's been almost a year since I decided to quit eating sugar and most refined carbs, and start eating at least 10 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. I haven't been able to cut out the bad stuff completely, but I'm getting there.
This weekend, I couldn't resist having a deep dish pizza from one of my favorite places. I got terrible indigestion and felt sick for the next day. I went back to eating fruits and vegetables, and I'm slowly feeling better.
There is something seriously fucked up in the average American's food supply.
