Making an offer on a house (mnd)

Looking at the median household income has been a good guide but in the end you just have to see it and get a feel for the neighborhood. I have not really liked any of the other ones but I LOVE this one.
We also saw foxes and deer. This place is unreal, it looks like something out of a fairy tale. Hard to believe nyc is anywhere within commuting distance. |

Pretty firm in wanting it removed. Our agent recommended we go lower but i am worried we are coming in a bit low, especially with a firm request that the oil tank be removed.
I know the overall area is crazy hot with 10 to 12 offers after an open house. But broker thought this property was priced high and the specific block has some negatives. The house next door is in bad condition, the back yard backs into a parking lot and the house borders a less desirable neighborhood. The house itself is is good condition though. I am definitely worried we are coming in low. |

Those are some tough resale factors. Maybe not the first since the house can sell and get fixed up, but the 2nd two are tough. |

But these factors are also why we can comfortably afford that nice of a house in that nice of a neighborhood so from my perspective its actually a good fit. And the bad neighborhood has the dog park. |

The way it works is you pay $6k for a full genetic screening panel. As part of that panel, they'll filter out all the ones with genetic diseases AND they will tell you the sex of each embryo. |
