big tsunamis don't usually come from ocean quakes under 9, either, so that might not be a big problem either.

Yeah we have drop teams on site; they're saying damage is pretty extensive, but shape of the wave was odd. Typically when a tsunami hits it's a broad path of damage, spread out over miles. The damage path here was less than 200' wide. What's even more abnormal is that the path at several points appears to have pivoted, sometimes as much as 45 degrees. Oddest damn thing I've seen. Something's not right with this. Weird feeling in the air. Going to investigate further.
