This is bullshit. Taibbi even interviewed the guy this weeek who got the polling data and was named in the Mueller report, and he said the data was not sensitive (it was just "Hillary 40, Trump 38) and more hilariously, not a single person from the FBI, DOJ, Mueller, etc ever even reached out to him. Taibbi was only the second journalist.

So your entire premise is that Manafort had repeated contacts with Russian "intelligence" - yet even though this guy allegedly committed the crime of the century, literally no one investigating the crime even talked to him.
