the breed is a menace and youve had plenty of time to understand that. the blood is on your hands.

Dogs attacking livestock isn't specifically a pit bull issue: https://lifestyleblock.co.nz/lifestyle-file/livestock-a-pets/working-dogs/item/348-dogs-that-kill-sheep

My dog is a sheepdog by profession. They guard sheep. But pretty much any non-sheepdog breed is treated with suspicion by her by default. The above link explains why.

Dog aggression - sure. Pit bulls were bred to be dog fighters. Of course, so were other dogs, and most large dogs were bred for something bloody - whether hunting, fighting or guard work. My dog is extremely territorial because of her breed. And also can be pretty dog aggressive. That's nature and that's life.

The reason I always stick up for pit bulls is because there's nothing unique about them. Strong? My breed is stronger. Here's what a Great Pyrenees looks like in a fight against a pit bull for food: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaOzDQ1hLYA

Now, that looks vicious but the pyr could easily kill it if it wanted. But those two dogs know each other. If a stranger ran on the dog's territory and grabbed food, what do you suppose would happen? Dead dog. So I have a vested interest in sticking up for pit bulls despite not actually owning one.
