The issue is not "common sense" regulation, its that liberals are pushing for symbolic regulation with an eye towards banning all fucking semi automatic rifles and later, handguns.
When mayors in NYC, SF, LA and DC have concealed carry jammed down their fucking throats, when we can admit that the US is a gun owning country and we accept the cost of innocent deaths associates with that, then I am okay with regulation to try to reduce those deaths while maintaining the right to own and carry guns. |
