"The top three countries of origin for college-educated immigrants were India (14.2 percent), China (9.7 percent), and the Philippines (8.7 percent)."
In other words, effectively the same as the 2014 numbers. Looks like the numbers don't vary much after all. Please find any dataset with Mexico even as high as #3 - your statement would still be wrong and misleading, but at least you'd have a bit of wiggle room. |

As to your second point.
