Charge the landlord 3k to file the eviction, shithole tenant will never file an answer. The sheriffs do all the work of serving notice and actually evicting. You just collect 3k for your boilerplate filing. Easy to find one of these a week for 150k per year.

um you're missing the point. it's easy for a guy like CSLG to market himself to NEW clients. it's much harder for someone to steal business away from a firm that's on retainer and presumably is doing a good job for the client.
