I'm fasting 16 hours a day (9PM–1PM) and eating from 1PM–9PM. Today I didn't eat anything until dinner (8PM), only water (+50oz) and black coffee all day.
I don't really feel hungry during the day anymore after 2-3 days of fasting. I had the 5 Guys burgers without buns, wrapped in lettuce.
All in all, I consumed 1,200 calories/76g protein/86g fat/20g carbs. I'm probably going to eat some almonds and hemp seed mix to get my calories to ~1,500 and to up my protein intake.
This shit is so easy.

your metabolism will adjust to this and you'll plateau. you'll have to fast more aggressively on occasion to throw it off
but yes, it's not hard to eat this way if you aren't a total faggot bro scientist.
