Ever had to deal with someone 10+ years younger in a higher position?

You feel you've done pretty well for yourself and have kept a good job and pay, but one day you meet someone who is 10 years younger and climbed the ladder quite a lot faster than you.
How's the feeling, bro? How do you deal with this? It's 10 years of your life that someone skipped and got ahead.

We have that were I am now , fortunately I do not report to him. His team thinks he's a twat. He did some things one place which the CEO thinks apply to what we are doing, so he got put in charge of a team. The CEO is a silicon valley douche who does not get it.
Point is, it's all about who you know and how well you bullshit

This is not what the OP is about (you're an independent shitlawyer, amirite?)
Sure you've done well for yourself, but you're not in a huge organization leading people who might be a lot older than you?
You're talking about a Zuckerberg effect where you've achieved entrepreneurial success early. Not sure how true your case is, but still, nice humblebrag.
