Anyone have these. Does global entry include everything TSA precheck includes? If there's a chance I could travel international, then get global entry? Thanks

i was once late for the last flight out of nyc for my buddy’s wedding. i made the flight solely because pre check let me skip a big fucking line at security

i’d say it’s pretty clutch

Protip: If you live anywhere near Canada get NEXUS instead. It's $50 instead of $100 and gets you in to Canada in expedited lanes at land and air crossings as well. Only downside is you have to go to a registration site in Canada, but there are plenty on the US side of land border crossings.

It says global entry gets you tsa precheck benefits so I assume that means you get to use the tsa precheck for domestic travel

This. I signed up for global entry and I got Global Entry and TSA Prechrck. It's only like 50 more so worth getting. Certain credit cards will refund the app fee. Both have been incredibly useful.

Also, saved me a ton in Dublin. They do the border check there (which was something new for me) and Global Entry was the only way wife and I made our flight. All you do is scan ur passport, scan your figers and a recipt is printed. Go to immigration officer anf they wave you through like a live tuna 3rd base coach.

Precheck lines are as long as or longer than regular lines in major coastal airports. You’ll only be shocked by the time you save outside of those airports. Global entry advantage also depends on where you arrive. I’ve never been in a long line coming back into certain US airports.

Not true in my experience. And length of line is all relative since precheck moves much faster with shoes on, laptops in, jackets on, and no nude o scopes.
