And life looks completely different than it did before. I had been with some hot chicks, but they were like oases in the desert of cougars, fat chicks, and uglies. I won't pretend to be a master at this like Peterman or RSF, but my outlook on the world feels like it has totally changed. Before, when I saw a hot chick, I would have gone into a spiral of RJR (regret, jealousy, rage) at not having lived life to the fullest. Now I just compare her to one of the hotties that I've banged, and I feel like a fully functioning participant in the human race.

I do so many self-improvement things at the same time that it's hard to separate what actually works from what doesn't. But some of the biggest were Nofap (making me more aggressive) and improving my messaging on SA. I now message about 20 chicks a day, and I've gotten better at making conversation about specific things on their profiles rather than just using canned lines.
Interestingly, a more disciplined workout schedule did not make the same night and day difference as the other stuff. But maybe it has a more gradual effect. |
