pasta carbonara is usually pretty good. EASY too. not an every day kind of thing, obv. many recipes--pick one of the simplest. Bacon works fine.

Same.

At one point in life i needed a couple meals to prepare in the way of trying to get the girl in the bedroom and this was a meal that was taught accordingly. If she eats it, supposedly she has just enough interest in being a little devious.

dont use spaghetti sauce you buy at the store--use canned peeled tomatos as the base for your red sauce--and it needs time. Supposedly you can use onion OR garlic--one of the other but not both. Crumpled up dried chilis added in. maybe a bit of some dark beans if no meat.

Use this as a base for a very proper pasta red sauce.

Beef burgundy

Basically soak beef cubes overnight in a bottle of pinot noir, bay leaves and pepper corns

Then make into beef burgundy with all the onions and bacon lardons the next day, stew for hours

Serve with little boiled potatoes or noodles, yum

another thing that is good is just buying a lot of oxtail and put it in a big pot and let it SLOW cook at like 2 or 3 for about 12 hours.

Add in some vegetables, season to taste. Thats some good strong stuff.

While ur steak is coming up to room temp, slice cherry tomatoes in half. Combine tomatoes with oil, balsamic, thin strips of basil, a bit of salt, and some mozzarella.

Slice sweet potatoes into long thin strips. About an inch high by half inch thick. Dress and marinate with combo of oil, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Toss. Reserve one third of marinade.

Heavily salt ur steak. Grill steak n taters. Remove steak, taters finish while it rests. Pour rest of marinade over taters. Pepper ur angus. Serve.

As I think about it i wouldnt add in any seafood at all "dirty" by color or biological association. White fish (but mushiness?), white meat of octo only.
