actually its SPS because ill have to take a split w client because he has child support issues. I could scoop up the full third but I don't like to do that when the check to client is less than the check to me.

Let's assume my fee is $5K. I probably spent about 3 hrs on this case. Staff probably spent about 3 to 5.

we have a different small claims court. this is usually lawyers but its low stakes, "good enough for insurance work," etc.
