Occasionally you will have the pale faced Spanish Mexicans or the white dude who marries a gentrified yet ethnic looking Hispanic woman (and these families are usually upjumped trash), but generally whites, Hispanics and blacks self select into a voluntary segregation in the area surrounding NYC. SF does have good food, but it still can't compete with NYC in terms of pure breadth and depth. The nightlife and urban amenities are decisively inferior to that of NYC.
NYC is the greatest dating city for single men, and it's not even comparable. For WGWAG (a topic of interest to XO), NYC crushes SF. Asian-American men have far more success with WGWAG in cities where they are either rare or cities where there are successful decent looking Asian men. NYC and LA fit this criteria while SF and Seattle don't. |
