Pain in the ass to clean. If you clean them as recommended I don't think they're really clean and that grosses me out, so we don't use them. We also don't eat meat and searing steaks seems to be the best use for them.

We use our enameled one (Le Creuset dutch oven) all the time. They do chip along the edges, but buy from outlet so they're much cheaper.
