Chad Fights is a senior associate in the Finance Group. His practice focuses on advising financial institutions on a wide variety of capital markets transactions, with a focus on structured finance and other debt offerings. Chad’s practice includes the representation of corporate trust clients in CLOs and other asset-backed securitizations along with secured and unsecured corporate debt issuances.
Prior to joining the firm, Chad’s practice focused on corporate bankruptcy matters. Chad received his J.D. in 2007 from the Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.S. in business administration in 2002 from the University of Illinois. While at Wake Forest, Chad served as research editor for the Wake Forest Law Review. Chad is admitted to practice in Delaware and North Carolina.
