we don't usually have two over-active hurricane seasons in a row. after the 2005 season, there was basically a 12-year break before the next big one. by that reasoning, we don't have to worry about hurricanes until 2029 or so.

hey do you remember before last season when scientists were all like "hey guys its going to be a slow season and then a mild winter" and then we got a crazy active season and one of the worst winters ever? do you remember how those EXACT SAME SCIENTISTS who eternally bear no consequences for their incompetence are making similar predictions about this season? do you trust them, let alone anyone at all?
