Everyone assumed this going back thousands of years because it was so obvious until the Soviets banned all science looking into human difference because of their ideology that all humans are 100% malleable. This quickly caught on with the European and American intellectuals, who had a hardon for the Soviets.
These American and European intillectuals, through their influence in Universities and Media, likewise "soft" banned all research showing group difference and developed very flawed social science disciplines trying to prove that their theory that humans are all equal and malleable was true. This is what 1950s behavioral science, social psychology and sociology was. And they failed miserably. In the meantime, it the idea had humans HAD to be equal and malleable turned into an ideological orthodoxy. Those who see past it just stayed quiet rationalizing that the truth was too scary to have out there -- or staying quest in fear of being ruined.
Because science tends to lead to the truth, despite social the scientists best efforts, they kept coming up with data showing obvious differences between groups. Anyone who points this out gets attacked viciously because they're going against the ideology.
Now, with genetics getting more and more powerful, we have a harder science to come up with BEYOND incontrovertible data showing group differences. (Even though it's always been obvious and our ancestors knew this 2000 years ago). Now shitlibs are going berserk. |
