Shooting. Up until the late 90's, lots of shooting events were not gender-segregated. Then some chinese chick (Zhang Shan) ran train on shotgun/skeet shooting events in the mid-90's, and so most competitions became single-sex so the shotgun doods wouldn't get smoked by a 4' tall chinawoman.
Horse jumping: most events are not gender-specific, and women routinely win. Example: women won a majority of the medals in the 2016 Olympics

Wrestling: some chick won a state championship in boy's wrestling. Seems pretty fluke-ish, though.

Bowling: Women occasionally win professional bowling events: See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liz_Johnson_(bowler)
Ultramarathon: Women typically win running events >150 miles in length, sometimes by ridiculous margins
examples: Chick won 240 mile race by 10 hours (58 hour time).
