Rosenstein is a Black Hat & Mueller will probably charge Trump for obstruction

Additionally, the order was issued a week after Mueller raided Manafort's home and also two weeks after the Strzok/Page texts were disclosed to OIG:
May 17, 2017: Rosenstein appoints Mueller to serve as SC July 19 2017: NY Times article: re Manafort debts / Russia July 20, 2017: OIG receives Strzok/page texts July 26, 2017: Mueller's raid on Manafort's home August 2, 2017: Rosenstein letter to Mueller limiting the scope of the SC investigation
With Rosenstein a Black Hat, I feel more confident that Mueller will charge Trump with obstruction, probably around the same time as the OIG report is released - if the OIG report contains explosive revelations - and the media will ramp the obstruction charge news up to a 10 decibel level screaming about it in order to drown the results of the report |
