people who know me know i've talked about cooperative structures and how they work for a long time. a little bit of a pet project of mine.

we need a loose federation of high-trust dunbar groups, each group subscribing, vel non, to some portion of some kind of charter of white nationalism. and we need them putting up capital to back collective action efforts organized between and among the dunbar groups, with each group more or less willing to work with the other based on what they subscribe to and what goal is being accomplished.

i don't think that individual communication outside of the groups would make a lot of sense, except to the extent that that communication involved vetting others for inclusion.

there's about a million hurdles to clear between here and there, but i don't think it's in-principle impossible. it's mostly a bunch of solved problems related to infosec, opsec, and methods of dissident communication. the real problems are going to be around coordination of the groups to do big things.
