IDK if it will be in 50 years, or 500, but at some point this type of society will fully emerge due to AI/automation. There may be a really shitty period of widespread inequality before we get there or we could end up destroying our civilization first. But assuming we get past all that, this is the ultimate destiny of humanity.
It sucks we live in this late capitalist period where we are expected to wagecuck and work long hours for relatively meager rewards.
