No it’s more environmental than genetic, which is why there was several orders of magnitude less cancer150 years ago even though plenty of people died in legit 75+ old age. I have 3/4 grandparents who died of cancer in old age and my mom’s already had it (in her mid 70a) and my dad’s been high risk for prostate since 25 years ago. My parents got 23 and mes when my mom got it, and both came back as no appreciable increased risk of cancer due to genetics.
