Pros: perfect neighborhood, good location by parks and trains, good curb appeal.
Cons: on the small side, the style is not really my taste.

I like traditional victorians but those often cost more and come with wiring and plumbing issues. This one is a modern gut reno. A bit over 1300 plus a finished basement.
