Date: April 22nd, 2018 11:06 PM Author: Racy sepia scourge upon the earth affirmative action no usb port. had to buy a $70 dongle. no HDMI port to connect to an external monitor. see dongle. apparently connecting a monitor and peripherals through the dongle kills the motherboard. i had to take it in twice already to apple store.
they crammed everything into a smaller body, leading to inferior heat dissipation than the older model. so the fan kicks in every time i try to do something, and often when i'm not doing anything at all. it is very loud.
the keyboard jams easily.
i wish i could trade it for the 2015 macbook pro. |

Also do NOT pop the keys off to clean them. You have to have the whole top case replaced. The keys are not removable anymore. |
