Now these guys weren't there all the time, but they still practiced. My sense is that if you are the type of person to make partner and be really successful, you are the type of person who loves being a lawyer. You love being a lawyer, you probably prefer going to the office as opposed to gardening, playing chess, (whatever old people do). I do not love being a lawyer and can't imagine working as a lawyer when I am 70, which is why I am a pretty sucky lawyer. |
