Aside from the "have 12 kids" part, they live in close knit communities - oftentimes multiple generations in one house. They share bills, they work chiller jobs, cook and have large parties all the time including BBQs. Are very close knit. Have a family oriented culture - don't strive in the traditional sense.
Honestly, seems like the CR way to live.

We need to define culture here. I'm talking about the ability of a people to be successful relative to other peoples.
I am not talking about art, food, etc.

Look at English per capita gdp ppp — it’s almost exactly the same as in France.
Then look at the US — much less “anglo saxon” than the UK, but with a gdp as far above the UK’s as the UK’s is above Poland.
Economics above a certain baseline means shit when we’re talking about culture
Edit: I’m not talking about art, either. I’m talking about fundamental aspects of a culture such as how much time should be spent socializing in an average day, what type of activities people do when socializing, etc.

I disagree. To me Mexicans never seem to grow up. The end up just looking like old adolescents.
What you said described blacks though.
They go from normal middle school kid to 45 year old overnight at age 12 and then don't age until age 55.

If those [intellectual] powers are small, all the efforts from without, everything done for him by mankind or good fortune, will not enable him to rise above the ordinary half-animal human happiness and comfort. He [the intellectually inferior] is left to depend on the pleasures of the senses, on a cozy and cheerful family life, on low company and vulgar pastimes. Even education, on the whole, cannot do very much, if anything to broaden his horizon. For the highest, most varied, and most permanent pleasures are those of the mind, however much we may deceive ourselves on this point when we are young; but these pleasures depend mainly on innate mental powers. Therefore it is clear from this how much our happiness depends on what we are, our individuality, whereas in most cases we take into account only our fate, only what we have or represent.

I agree, and I also like the way that housing codes and such in latin america allow for better and more complete use of urban land...these american codes that require street setbacks and such are complete scam.
I actually like a lot of things about latin america...but I don't want them taking over our nation and I don't like the elites gaslighting and manipulating us in order to cram in more immigrants--no matter where they are from
