And I don' have a problem with him listing it on his LinkedIn profile or his Resume.
The problem is that he list it up top in his short description, with no mention of his TTT school -- in a way that makes it appear taht he actually went to NYU. That area should be reserved for the law school the person attended for his JD.
95% of people who look at his profile think he ACTUALLY went to NYU.
If this was a Lanham Act false advertising or FTC ACt UDAAP case, this fucker would be toast. |
