Alicia L's review of a Pizza Hut in Montgomery, Alabama:
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Service was poor (GHETTO) Tables were a mess not 1 employee try to clean them... (Trifling) (Nasty)
There were employees sitting in the dark in the front area eating pizza literally in the dark. I ordered a Pizza with mushrooms & spinach and it looked as if they just threw a handful of uncooked spinach on top. I Think this place should be closed and resold....

Shannon R's review of a Pizza Hut in Cleveland, OH:
Time of Order: Thursday 7pm
I was hesitant to order based on Yelp reviews and a bad pizza from here a few years ago, but everyone deserves a second chance, right? I ordered online and that went smoothly; it had a nifty countdown timer to when the order should be delivered and I was happy that it was pretty accurate.
When the driver got here, I asked if he needed to see my credit card. Uh... it's credit card? Apparently there is some known glitch in the online ordering system that puts it through to the store as a cash order. That's something that definitely needs addressed because if I hadn't had the plastic on me for some reason, I was without cash and would have had to watch my pizza go bye-bye.
The driver tried to call the store to let me give them my cc # but it just kept playing the pre-recorded promo messages and telling us that the call was very important. Meanwhile the food and humans are getting cold as we're waiting. The driver said he'd give me the pizza and call when he got back to the store, which he did and my cc # was applied without error. I thought that was a nice thing for him to do because he could have said he had to take it back, do the card and re-deliver.
Oh, are you waiting to hear how the food was? Silly me. I ordered a large "stuffed garlic knob crust" with pepperoni, extra mushrooms (yum!), and spinach. The spinach was whole leaf baby spinach, whereas I thought it was going to be cooked, shredded spinach like right on the pizza. I took most of it off since I didn't want a salad on top of a pizza. There were a lot of fresh mushrooms which I can't get enough of (lots of vitamin D) and so many places now use rubbery canned 'shrooms. The pizza was tasty enough; It's not upscale froo-froo, ooh la la pizza, but it was $20, and choices for delivery in the OHC are few.
Given that the delivery was timely and considerate & the pizza was tasty and correct, I'd recommend this Pizza Hut at least during the weeknight, but I wouldn't advise ordering online.

Lauren V's review of a Pizza Hut in downtown Indianapolis, IN:
Let me preface this by saying that I absolutely love Pizza Hut. Favorite pizza period.
This is without a doubt the worst Pizza Hut in Indiana, if not in the United States. I was given free pizza coupons from a manager going psycho and cussing out a customer in front of me. I called to place an order they tell me 35 minute delivery time, I tell them I'm using this coupon and not only is the manager ultra rude to me, but now he informs me I have a 4 hour wait for delivery.
Sadly this is the only Pizza Hut in my area. I have issues with this place every time I place an order, whether delivery or pick up. They are always so rude. They have argued with me about what their own menu say is on a pizza. Management talks to everyone, employees and customers, like they're dumb.
One delivery when we opened the box the pizza looked like it had been under a heater for at least 4 days. Shriveled. Dry. Disgusting and inedible. We called and asked for a replacement. Got horrible attitude and they even asked if WE would bring it back to get another one.
Every interaction with this location is an absolute trip. I would give 0 stars if I could.
WORST PIZZA HUT EVER.

Carlos N had a miserable time dealing with Pizza Hut in Pensacola, FL:
Like most people, I probably only leave Yelp reviews if my experience was especially notable - either good or bad. I did not have a good experience at this Pizza Hut. I ordered, about 3 hours in advance, an order for pick up that included 16 pizzas and 96 wings. A large order, yes, but I figured plenty of notice for what I'm sure is a system of nearly ready to bake pizzas that require little more than cook time (confirmed by the fact that once I arrived, they told me it would only take about 20 minutes to make my order... more below). And it would have been, had they actually started my order in anticipation of my scheduled pick up time. Approximately 10 minutes prior to my scheduled pick-up time, I received a call from the Pizza Hut asking to confirm my order. I responded in the affirmative and let them know I was already on my way and about 10 minutes out. They said nothing over the phone to let me know that my order had not yet been started, and it wasn't until I arrived that I was told it hadn't been because they thought my order might have been a prank based on prior experience. I was depending on the pick up time placed in the order to make my event, and so was left with no recourse but to have my brother drive to the Pizza Hut to the pick up the order on my behalf and deliver it for me. Of course, now rushed to complete the order, I was later informed by my brother that the Pizza Hut did not get the order right the first time, and that multiple other pizzas had to be prepared to accurately fill the order. In the end, the food arrived more than half an hour late to my event. A few thoughts:
1) A call well in advance to confirm validity of the order would have helped in streamlining the process
2) Once I did confirm the order over the phone, why didn't they start filling my order then?
3) If this call is insufficient to confirm validity of the order, why call me in the first place, and why take orders online for future pick-up at all in the second place?
4) I, in fact, intended to prepay for my order online with a credit card, but this was not an option, which of course sabotaged the entire process
This was a miserable experience and while I generally defend Pizza Hut to pizza snobs/purists, I will never return to this Pizza Hut again, and would seriously reconsider ever placing a large order at a Pizza Hut in the future.

Doug R went down to Macon, GA, looking for a pizza buffet to eat:
I went for the lunch buffet because I was craving some Za. I get in and there are like 3 pizzas with only two pieces left that aren't to my liking while the other 3 are all halved pizzas with 2 sets of toppings. Problem is, all of these halves have green peppers cooked on part of them so the whole pizza tastes like them (I hate green peppers). I patiently wait on some more choices to come out, and when they do, wow what crap. The pizzas had random toppings (all had pickles) and all were thick crust. There was not one thin or thick crust pepperoni this whole time. The pizza I did eat tasted like they use the buffet to get rid of almost expired toppings and cheeses, which would explain the random toppings on each. Much to my chagrin, they then closed the buffet at 1pm! 9 dollars for this? Along with one refill of mountain dew I had to practically beg for. For reference, I took pictures of this craptastic bait and switch. Was the WORST pizza hut experience I've ever had. I asked management about a possible request for a possible redemption. No. Poor pizza, poor service, and maybe worse management. At least when I cook a tostinos, I get my dollar's worth and leave the table without the depression of knowing I just wasted 9 dollars on ninja turtle wanna be dog food.

Jennifer B ordered Pizza Hut in Colorado Springs, CO and it was a Kafkaesque nightmare:
Seriously? Called in to store after struggling for over an hour with their not so simple website. Phone is answered by someone in Thailand. Yes, Pizza Hut has friggin outsourced its delivery and pick up orders. Swore I had called in to the local Chinese place. After 30 minutes of struggling to hopefully get my order correct. ( we're starving by this point). Deivery address is given. We wait for a hopefully partially correct order. Cell phone rings shortly later, they are here! Wow, they got here quick! Send hubby out to meet them. No one is there. Call delivery driver back, ( this one speaks very broken English as well). She repeats address to me..holy shit these morons sent my order to our address from two years ago not the one I gave them on the phone. I explain this to driver, she freaks out saying I called the wrong store. Uh no, your stupid outsourced system sent my order to the wrong store . She informs me she must call her boss and figure out what to do....um OK? So Katie ( the boss) calls me in between her algebra and history homework and informs me I called the wrong store. ( it is now 2 1/2 hours in since we decided to order from this good ole American standard). I inform her, I called the correct store but at this point, I just want my food ( which has been paid for already BTW). She informs me, they don't deliver to my address and that I need to call the correct store! ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME? I'm going to start this over, after you already billed me 30 bucks for a order, thats already been prepared, senrvout the door and I'm another 3 miles away? I'm obviously not going to receive my food from these idiots. Demanded a refund. No apology, no free order of bread sticks, no let me make this right. I WILL NEVER order Pizza Hut again. Local business for me only from now on!

Star F had a bad experience with Pizza Hut in Lubbock, TX:
I ordered 2 pizzas from this place. One was a meat lovers which had no complaints. The other was a vegetarian with added spinach. Im guessing they forgot to add the spinach and realized after it came out of the oven. When i got home there was a pile of raw spinach tossed on the middle of my pizza like an afterthought. I took it off, heated up a pan and sauteed it with a little olive oil and garlic. I wouldve preferred the ingredient to be baked into the pizza with all the other ingredients.
I repeat.. i had a pile of RAW spinach right on the middle of my pizza. Whoever made it just didnt give a damn whether the pizza was made right or not.

Charlene P was so traumatized by ordering from the Pizza Hut at 1990 M Street NW in Washington DC that she wants to commit acts of violence:
This pizza hut gets NO STARS unless I get to give a starry eye to the girl who answered the phone...(Shyanne) She was not only rude and sounded fat and in a rush but she obviously has no customer service training which would account for why she works in pizza hut. Called for delivery at approximately 12:34 and at 1:40 p.m still NO FOOD! Mohammad the driver has NO CLUE and is no good( not even with navigation) to deliver trash to the dump.... Would not reccomend to my rival on their death bed.
Called back and asked for the regional manager because there is no way a business is open with this quality of service once again Shianne( name may be spelled wrong but she knows who she is) answered and asked why I needed management soI replied" My service was not only crappy but never came" in return she hung up on me!! She in turn should hope I never encounter her....

Phantasia M had a bad time with Pizza Hut in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas:
The first time I ordered from this Pizza Hut was a week ago, & I was absolutely satisfied with my order. Everything was hot & fresh, my delivery driver actually arrived on time.
So I ordered again tonight, thinking that would be the case tonight. I got the opposite of what I was hoping for. My pizza was a disaster. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, & the crust is supposed to be thick, the crust on the pizza I ordered was uneven in some places, like there was no cheese in it all. It was overcooked & when I opened the box it looked like it had been tossed around, my delivery driver came 15 mins later than what I was told so my food wasn't even hot, it was lukewarm & my mozzarella sticks didn't have marinara sauce.
Then when my delivery driver did show up, she sat in her car for about 5 mins, I had to go up to her car & ask who she was. After I notice that my food is practically cold & everything, I call the store to complain, & I'm hold for about 10 mins. After I finally get through to someone, they tell me they can remake the pizza, but they can't send me any marinara sauce because they don't give marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks. Since when??? Every time I order them, I ALWAYS get marinara sauce & I got some the first time from that store. Waiting for the second pizza to be delivered & I waited over an hour before calling the store back. The manager tells me they did remake the pizza, but they messed it up or something, he tried to be really dismissive & give me all these excuses as to why they couldn't make it & deliver me a pizza. "We close in an hour & it takes 45 mins to make it & deliver it" "we can give you store credit". I didn't want store credit, I just wanted the pizza that I paid for. At this point, I'm like they can refund me my money or send me a decent pizza. The manager finally gives in & says he'll make a new one AGAIN.
You'd be better off getting a $5 hot n ready Little Caesars pizza! Don't order from here

Derek K is unsatisfied in Milwaukee, WI:
For being the cheese capital of the United States, how can you not deliver pizza at 8 PM? The excuse saying that you have no delivery drivers and you've cut off delivery for the day is pretty stupid and unexcusable. Having an attitude on the phone when you cancel peoples delivery orders is also extremely suspect. Get it together!

John L, a mature and non-childish person, had a bad experience at the Pizza Hut in Memphis, TN:
By far the worst representation of this chain I've EVER experienced - BY FAR. And, I like Pizza Hut (mostly). Don't make the mistake of opening the box from this place when you get home. There's a reason they don't do it while you're there. Twice (second my fault), I got a pizza with about three shreds of cheese on it; reason I didn't check it at the store the second time is that it was a fairly new shop then, and I figured they'd gotten better. Wrong. Third experience: they didn't cook it even halfway. I pulled back the cheese to show the manager the uncooked dough beneath, and she became irate and called me childish for putting my finger in it. Then, she denied me a refund. I showed the whole store I'm not a child. Children can't accomplish what I did. And, I called her some things too. One thing (and there were several) I pointed out was she was worth even less than the raw pizza. I got my freakin' refund via corporate. The whole store got a slice of my madness, from the waiting area to the line cooks. You're welcome. To the owner: you suck, and Pizza Hut should shut you down and sue you. To everyone else who has yelled and threw stuff at these losers: don't go back. No telling why they are putting in these "pizzas." Bums. Won't be back. Take this crap and put it in a bag of Walmart dog food Pizza Hut. Stay Classy.

David says don't go to the Pizza Hut on South Noland Street in Independence, Missouri:
Where to start. First get there order isn't ready ordered 2 hrs ahead of time to make sure it'd be ready on time. So the girl proceeded to go make my wings. Grabs hand fulls of chicken wings with no gloves on into the frier. So I say it's OK just refund me the money for the wings and I'll just take the pizza. Then she disappeared for 10 min. I left the pizza grabbed me ticket amd left. I saw her hands and they were freaking disgusting. Had a cut on her thumb and I decided I wasn't going to be eating this crap.
So I get home and call back to get my refund. The women has an attitude and was completely rude. So I told her I'll just call and talk to the gm the next day. Then she just hung up on me.
RULES TO LIVE BY DON'T DO BUSINESS THAT FAR SOUTH ON NOLAND. THE PEOPLE THERE DON'T KNOW HOW TO ACT RIGHT. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR WORK OR ANYONE ELSE BUT THEMSELVES. TIME AND TIME AGAIN I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT BAD LUCK THAT FAR SOUTH ON NOLAND.
Needless to say I will never return to this location. I recommend no one ever returns to this location.

Grant A thinks the worst Pizza Hut in the world is located in Omaha, Nebraska:
By far this is the most mismanaged Pizza establishment I have ever been to. Save yourself some time and frustration and go someplace else... anywhere else. You would be better off simply punching yourself in the stomach than trying to procure food here.
I ordered a large pizza for pickup and they said it was going to be about twenty minutes. Pretty straight forward stuff. Twenty minutes go by, I drive up to pick up my pizza and I'm informed by the self proclaimed manager, one Margie by name, that my pizza is not ready yet.
So I wait. While I wait I notice Margie making ample personal cell phone calls, putting customers on hold and never getting back to them, and in some cases put the same person on hold three times until they stopped calling. She had a sort of malaise about her that was no doubt the side effect of a long daytime drunk, the kind where you start at dawn, and by sundown your liver has simply given up. She frequently slurred her words and her body language echoed that of a last place horse in line for the glue factory. She would answer the phone, slur something into it, place an order and hang up, constantly complaining about her latest interaction.
The rest of the staff seemed to be in a daze or was taking a smoke break during this time. About ten minutes transpire before I start to get curious. I see a pizza warming in the rack. On eyeing the pizza Margie decides to actually ask me what I ordered. It was then her tiny brain was distressed by a brief glimmer of light that the untrained eye might confuse with an epiphany. "Shit, I gave him the wrong pizza." As it turned out she had given my pizza away to someone else, instead of the one that was left. The correct order was placed, or so I thought.
So I waited another fifteen minutes. They bring out a large pizza. Still it is not the pizza I ordered. Now we've got two pizzas with no owners, and still my pizza is no where in sight.
Another ten minutes go by. When it was all said an done it took me 45 minutes to get the correct order.
They gave me a credit on my account for a free pizza and some cheese sticks. When I got home the pizza I had ordered had not been cooked all the way and there was still some raw dough under the cheese. Needless to say I cut my losses and gave up.
I wouldn't go back, even for a free pizza, and that's saying something.

Amanda F has a horror story to tell about the Pizza Hut in Eugene, OR:
Horrid, absolutely awful customer service.
My fiancé and I were looking for something quick to eat late at night since we both got off late. Not much is open so we went with Pizza Hut. We ordered the stuffed crust with pepperoni, onions, black olives, and green peppers. When we sat down to eat it, it literally dropped with grease and flopped down. You couldn't even eat it with your hands. I even tried to roll the corner up. The crust was still dough-ey it was so under cooked. We hate to call and complain, and told them we were sorry because we know it's late and they probably want to come home.... Explained the uncooked, dripping with grease floppy pizza and all the manager said was "all pizzas are cooked for the same time, there is nothing we can do" and hung up.
I am more appalled by the customer service than anything else. We don't need a free $13 dollar pizza and were calling to inform, not get something out of it.

Aaron N signed up for Yelp just to bash the Pizza Hut in Sioux Falls, South Dakota:
This is my very first review. I always read reviews but have never submitted one. However, after today's experience I felt obligated to do so. I've been coming to this location for the lunch buffet off and on for a couple of years. The only reason I've kept coming back is because I like their product and I live in the country where you cannot get pizza delivery. However, I will not be coming back again. They ALWAYS have 1 person out front running around trying to do everything. I don't know how many employees are in the back but when you do see one of them they look like they need to speed up to come to a stop. No sense of urgency! The buffet is always half empty or empty. Usually just 1 or 2 topping pizzas and brown lettuce. I've asked a couple of times who the manager is and today I was told she was in the back busting her back making pizzas and running delivery's. Just a thought, maybe the manager should be out front so she can see what's going on and actually trying managing. If I ran this store the manager would have their ass removed! Absolutely without question, blue ribbon winner for the most horrific customer service.

Kinnie I thinks that the Pizza Hut at Cape Canaveral, FL is out of this world!
After I lovely day at Cocoa Beach, my family and I took three very hungry children to Pizza Hut for a quick dinner before driving home to Orlando for the night. There was some unexpected mechanical trouble with the rental car I was driving. So much so that I was afraid to drive back to Orlando in this car. The rear passenger door would not shut. Something was wrong with the child safety latch.
I was afraid of driving on the highway and having my passenger fall out of the car!
Long story short, the general manager of this restaurant came to the rescue. Thank you Dave Matthews!! You saved the day! He and his helpful staff found a quick remedy to resolve this problem. We eventually did drive home safely with nobody getting hurt. I can't thank Dave enough for his help and support when he really didn't need to as this rental car issue was not really his problem. Enterprise car rental's emergency roadside service was not of help at all but this fellow came through for us!
Oh and for the pizza I forgot... it was delicious! Our server was attentive and friendly. This is a nice family friendly restaurant near the beach. Please go inside check it out yourself when you're in town.

Sisomvang S made a big mistake ordering Pizza Hut in Fresno, CA:
I usually order from Me N Eds, but they don't have pasta and I was craving Pasta and dessert and the s'mores brownie looked appealing on their website. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta which came with breadsticks, the s'mores brownie and a Pepsi. I spent $24.06 and the website said it would be here by 11:43. It arrived 10 minutes early to my surprise. Then, I gave the delivery guy a $2 tip and instantly regretted it as soon as I asked him for napkins, grated cheese and peppers. He was able to give me the grated cheese and peppers and said that he was not allowed to carry napkins in his car. He said that I should have put that under special instructions on their website. I thought special instructions were for adding or taking toppings, not asking for napkins for a $26 meal! The reason I ordered delivery was because it was my only day off after 6 days and I wanted to relax and not have to run out to get food, drinks or napkins. The food was subpar, brownie tasted a little undercooked, not worth the $24 and $2 tip. I will never ever order from here again. I will just stick with Me N Eds and Blast Pizza thank you.

Darryl A actually really likes the Pizza Hut in Syracuse, NY:
The buffet is absolutely awesome for the price. I mean all you can eat pizza for $6 is definitely a deal. Stop in for lunch and you won't be disappointed.
My only complaint would be that when they take orders on the phone I often have to repeat myself because it seems like the person answering is always talking to other people... Probably because so many kids work there. But other than that it's good.
