Runs the risk of having a SPS season (TD2), but has the upside of producing something incredible (TD1), and overall is just a better approach. Make it like a 9 hour movie. I also like Black Mirror for its single-episode approach, although that is tougher. |

There is a definite dichotomy between Dolores (prodded by humans to become human but taking a dark, unfeeling, algorithmic turn) and Maeve (not prodded at all, but showing clear human emotions, guilt, empathy, remorse).
The coherent ending is probably going to be something where these two meet up.. Dolores wanting to wipe out the human race and robots who she doesn't feel are worthy vs. Maeve who wants some kind of integrated future.
Dolores has already indicated that some computers should not survive. Whereas Maeve said everyone should be liberated. |
