You are judged by Jesus and either go to hell or purgatory or maybe heaven immediately. Being a good Catholic in a state of grace still typically gets you like 5,000 years with a flamethrower up the ass until you're done.
The Fatima kids were told it's about 7 years of brutal hellfire for every mortal sin so just take every mortal sin you've ever committed and multiply by that. This is for people whose sins were properly absolved before death, by the way. Gulp.
