Only use them on nights when it's a HUGE challenge to get to sleep, instead of a moderate challenge. If it's a moderate challenge, just eat heavy food (e.g. pasta), make sure your tv/computer/phone is shut off and all the lights are off, and that should do the trick. Another one (Rx) you might like is Restoril or temazepam.
It's a benzo, so its a potent anxiolytic and also a hypnotic which will make you drowsy. If its anxiety bothering you this is a good one. |
