The maca root has given me the most noticeable effects.
My black fiance is addicted to the ashwangandha now tho. She noticed a difference immediately. |

most ashwagandha does nothing for me, except the himalaya brand, which really increases my libido.
maca does nothing for me, and i've tried a number of brands.
glad the ashwagandha is working for your gf, though. |

Naturalife Organic Maca Root Black, Red and Yellow Solgar Ginseng Himalaya Ashwangandha in morning and Sprouts Ashwangandha in evening (the Himalaya is 670 mg and the Sprouts is like 380 mg (you don't want to go above 1200 mg per day)) NOW L-Arginine
