Anyone else notice that when whites are 90% of the population in a state or large town (e.g. vernmont and boise, idaho), they are poor or middle class.
But in states and cities w minorities like Los Angeles and CA, whites are wealthy?

There are actually wealthy whites in all of the states you mentioned.
Ex: Orange Beach, AL
