Ozone Park is like an hour from Midtown.
Williamsburg in Brooklyn is about 8 minutes from Union Sq, has shitty schools, is bisected by a highway, and is as expensive as many MFH neighborhoods. |

Also I actually do think breaking up NYC into separate smaller cities would be a good idea anyway. MFH and Bronx can be NYC. Brooklyn can be its own city. Queens can be a bunch of smaller cities. |
