These two dudes went into a partially abandoned clinic and took a radiotherapy machine home in a wheelbarrow for scrap metal. They broke open the small lead container full of highly radioactive caesium-137 with a screwdriver and dumped out the chalk and started playing with it. It glowed blue and they let a baby rub it all over herself and passed it around. They also thought it was gunpowder and tried to light it on fire lol. Then they sold the rest of the machine for scraps and got it all over the town. After 4 people died the government had to come in and remove the dirt, buildings, cars, bodies, etc. and store everything in huge metal containers in an isolated area.
