Good question. I think Floyd could hold his own sparring Haye but that nearly 80 inch reach Haye has is going to be trouble for Floyd. I think Floyd could handle Hayes power, but he wouldn't be able to effectively close that distance. It would be the most boring fight in history if they fought, but if Haye doesn't show enough respect and opens himself to being countered, Floyd could get within range and take advantage of that. I've seen Floyd spar heavyweights before and make easy work of them, so I mean. People think I'm joking when I say that but it's true and it's on youtube for anyone to see. And I know you already know what I'm talking about. |

And you gotta remember he lifted with a heavy neck harness for nearly 20 years, while other boxers didn't do that. I don't recall Klitschko ever using a neck harness. And you gotta understand the mentality behind him and where he's coming from. Floyd's father used to whup literally everyones ass all across Michigan, regardless of their size.
