I also have several 7 and a two potential 8 figure cases in the pipeline now.
I just got an office so my expenses will increase about 2k per month, and I hired a new paralegal yesterday (so I'm up to 3 paralegals now and 1 law student working for me part time). I have about 350 active files now and another 170-180 with Kenny/Chandler. I want to hit 500 files by year end for my own firm.

I like minimum a week or two in each country. I'm not a big fan of these 10 country 2 week trips. You don't see much and you are basically just crossing off places without actually seeing them. |

Granted, our house is paid off, but that only saves us like 3k per month because I still have to pay property tax/insurance. Money definitely can make you happier, but if you aren't happy to begin with, no amount of money will fix that.
The only thing it will change is that I will get to retire at 40 and get to spend significant time with my kids as they grow up (which is WAY more important to me than money). My quality of life hasn't changed in years despite the fact that I am making a lot. I still spend the same amount I spent 3 years ago (except for child expenses like daycare, food, diapers, etc of course).
My wife and I don't buy anything really. We both like video games, food, and travel, and that stuff isn't too expensive. I splurged and spent like 60k on watches last year but that was abnormal for us. |

I live in Woodland Hills and that area is blowing up because there is a ton of new construction and money flowing into the area.
You can buy a house in the 500-600k range and rent it for 3-4k per month. It's not crazy cash flow, but if I can buy 10 of these over the next 5 years I could be cash flowing 20-30k per month. |
