Only serious competitive Olympic lifters should be dropping bars. Their training programming is specific enough that they need to save it all for their lifts. Not true for recreational lifters. It's just obnoxious to drop from too high. If its the culture at your gym, then go for it. If not, dont. |

I could have everything perfect about a house, job, schools, neighborhood, and 290 would be a dealbreaker. I've never heard of your neighborhood. That said, you were dollar will buy a lot of house out there. I love this city, the people I've met, and the opportunities I've had here.
