Date: June 18th, 2018 6:57 PM Author: Electric Pearly Rigor Shrine I'm aware of a company that is mislabeling products it sells. Seems like a pretty slam dunk case for a consumer protection act, false labeling type of case. I suspect a lot of other companies in the same industry do the same thing.
However, I'm wondering if other jurisdictions have more favorable laws for this type of claim re attorney fees, statutory damages, etc. (and might allow referral fees if I were to refer the matter to an attorney in that jurisdiction).
Any XO shitlawyers able to drop some scholarship? |
