It was nice to look at--the builders has done pretty work--but they had apparently used the thinnest acceptable wood wherever they could, like there were 5/4x boards in place of studs behind the thinnest possible sheetrock. It was pretty funny actually, because I knew one of the builders, a heck of a nice guy who smiled warmly and often. Needless to say the flooring creaked everywhere.
