keeps the blood sugar lower because the calorie count is lower...back to high fiber with some fat
pinto beans with some meat is now my main calorie source...
and a big salad each day with some cheese...
eggs a few times a week...
a little fruit, not too much...
some peanuts, just a few
my blood sugar is actually lower because I eat fewer calories
