But even at 37% it is the highest demographic of no-shows in the entire federal court system and high enough for rhetorical strength. Are libs willing to return to C&R if they are forced to admit, publicly, that nearly 40% of illegal immigrants can just say "fuck you" and side-step any regulation.
Cons need to frame that debate. If Dems and Laura Bush want only 60% of those "caught" (imagine how many, without a wall, are not caught) to have court oversight, let them own it and let the voters decide. The alternative is to detain everyone, even kids. |
