Pretty sure that's the point.
Trump will force democrats to sue to separate kids from their parents. They can say they are suing just to get the kids and parents released in general, but Trump will just say no I'm not doing that (and most of country will agree that the illegals shouldn't be let go), and if dems win their lawsuit, parents will be separated from kids again.
It's fucking genius.
If dems don't sue, then we just keep enforcing the border like normal.
