once a week:
two sets of push ups (30)
two sets of air squats (50)
two sets of crunches (30)
thinking of bumping this to twice a week, and maybe even adding an extra set. dont want to over-stress my body though.
6 days a week: walk outside for an hour and 20 minutes.
DTP approved? or is this too strenuous?
