my friends who make the most money (but work the most hours in a high stress job like biglaw or banking) are the most miserable but tnow are trapped in a big city and won't let it go b/c they are mentally in chains and their spending is now exorbitant b/c they bought like 2MM properties
this could all be resolved if people still lived in larger family units and shared housing costs in cheaper areas- then we could all work 50K jobs and have lots of free time and money, but ameriKKKa brainwashed us into thinking "losers live with their families and everyone should own property" - so you spend 40 years trying to pay off a mortgage on a TTT shithouse and then you die. that's the american dream now b/c of brainwashing by the rich. and like the dumb lemmings Americans are, they have fallen for it so now nobody has money and most don't even own a house outright.
