I'll give some mini-reviews.
CounterAttack- amazing shmup with the craziest ship power curve I've ever seen. 30 branching stages, 400+ equipment items to unlock that have interactive effects with each other, leading to shitloads of different potential builds. Lacking some graphical polish and bosses are nothing special but it's a 180 game.
Stardust Galaxy Warriors - polished mech shmup with nice graphics and music, somewhat similar to Astebreed. Surprised it's not better known. Worth way more than the $3 it's selling for.
3030 Deathwar Redux - Adventure / top down open world space shooter. Looked really good in the trailer/screens but the writing seems pretty shit so far. Terrible interface. Not impressed but may give it some more time before refunding.
Cosmic Star Heroine - 16 bit RPG, haven't played yet
Tower of Time - CRPG, haven't played yet
Halycon 6 - xcom 16 bit RPG blend, haven't played yet. It was only $.78 on kinguin, way cheaper than steam

Civilization 5. Complete editon. Cost like $15 and includes a ton of DLC.
XCom2. Cost around $20.
Any other deals that anyone can recommend?

there's nothing i'm interested in.
was thinking about rise and fall to add to civ vi, but since the AI apparently still blows, there's no point. i don't feel like having to do an all-out domination victory every game.
so i'm just waiting for two point hospital to come out.
