California announces federal immigration actions will no longer be allowed and authorizes state judges to release anyone with federal holds. Antifa surround federal courthouse in San Francisco and a judge is killed when a bomb is detonated. Trump orders national guard to San Franciso, but they are routed by thousands of antifa and retreat. Mayors of Seattle, New York, Philadelphia and Baltimore announce they will suspend federal immigration actions in solidarity with California, and National Guard are sent to these cities as well. After a week of riots, Baltimore is placed under martial law. Other cities begin to see riots.
