I’d focus on the events with the most inherent randomness. Not sure which these are, but it would not be anything where speed or strength is a major component. Maybe archery, target shooting, equestrian. Could I buy a good horse for $1m?
Could I be a benchwarmer for a team sport? Like cricket or something?
